At Urban Reverse, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Be accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Return requests must be approved before items are shipped back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
